Self -Service Storage is the most economical and convenient way to store your property. When selecting a unit, remember that the rent is determined by the unit’s size. Ask the facility manager to help you choose a size which fits your requirements, a small efficiently-packed unit will cost less than a larger unit in which the contents are poorly arranged.

Things to know

LEASE TERM is month to month starting on move in date.

MINIMUM RENTAL period is one month

ID IS REQUIRED a Valid driver’s license with picture & one other form of ID (credit card, utility bill, mortgage statement etc.) call if in doubt.

COST TO MOVE-IN one month rent and one month security .

GRAND OPENING SPECIAL $15.00 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE WAIVED .

WILL MY RENT GO UP? Our rate guarantee states “your rent will never go up for as long as you stay with us.” (Conditions apply)

PAYMENTS may be made by cash, check or credit card AND are due every month on move-in date (refer to your contract/lease agreement).

LATE & NON -PAYMENTS A late fee will be charged to payments more than 5 days late. After 30 days of non-payment the unit will be over locked and additional fees will be assessed. Account will need to paid up to date for access (refer to contract/lease agreement). Returned Checks subject to a $35.00 fee.

MOVING OUT A 2 week notice prior to your anniversary/move in date is required, upon notice you will be given a confirmation number. Failure to give notice will result in being charged for the following month.

ACCESS hours 7am to 7pm 7 days a week.

INSURANCE IS THE TENANTS RESPONSIBILITY
HELPFUL HINT: Check your Homeowners Policy or call your Broker & see if your policy has off premise coverage that will protect your property while stored with us.
